Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû : »êÀ纸Çè »ç·Ê°ü¸®ÀÚÀÇ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ°í Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ°£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ ±Ô¸íÇÑ´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý : 2006. 10. 1-10. 20 µ¿¾È Àü±¹ 55°³ Áö»ç¿¡¼­ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â »êÀ纸Çè »ç·Ê°ü¸®ÀÚ 137¸í(ÀϹÝÁ÷¿ø 89¸í, °£È£»ç 48¸í)À» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î, ÀÚ°¡º¸°í¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼öÁýÇÑ ÀÚ·á´Â t-test, Pearson¡¯s CorrelationÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú : »êÀ纸Çè »ç·Ê°ü¸®ÀÚ Áß °£È£»çÀÇ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º Æò±ÕÁ¡¼ö´Â 2.60À¸·Î Çѱ¹ ¿©ÀÚ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º Ç¥ÁØÂü°íÄ¡ÀÇ Æò±ÕÄ¡º¸´Ù ³ô¾Ò´Ù. Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ Æò±ÕÁ¡¼ö´Â 2.30À̾úÀ¸¸ç, Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ°£¿¡ ¿ª»ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù(P<.01), 7°³ÀÇ ¿µ¿ª Áß¿¡¼­ º¸»óºÎÀûÀý, °ü°è°¥µî, Á¶Á÷ü°è, Á÷¹«ÀÚÀ², Á÷À幮ȭ ¿µ¿ª¿¡¼­ ¿ª»ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð : »êÀ纸Çè »ç·Ê°ü¸®ÀÚ´Â ³ôÀº Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í ³·Àº Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ °æÇèÇÏ°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ¿¡ ±×µéÀÇ Á÷¹«¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇÏ¿© Á÷¹«ÀÚÀ²¼º°ú ÀûÀýÇÑ º¸»ó, ü°èÀûÀÎ Á¶Á÷, Çùµ¿ÀûÀÎ Á÷À幮ȭ¸¦ °­È­ÇÏ´Â ¹æ¾ÈÀ» ¸ð»öÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore job stress, job satisfaction and their relationship among Workers¡¯ Compensation Case Managers.

Method: 137 Workers¡¯ Compensation Case Managers (89 case workers and 48 nurses) responded to a self-administered questionnaire. The data were collected in october, 2006 and analyzed using t-test and Pearson¡¯s Correlation Coefficient with SPSS WIN 14.0 program.

Result: The mean score of job stress of nurses was 2.60 which was higher than that of the Korean female workers¡¯. The mean score of job satisfaction was 2.30. The significant inverse correlation between job stress and job satisfaction was found (P<.01). In regard to the 7 items, the significant inverse correlations were found in lack of reward, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, insufficient job control, and occupational environment.

Conclusion: The result indicated that the Workers¡¯ Compensation Case Managers have higher occupational stress and lower job satisfaction. To improve their job satisfaction, it is necessary to reinforce reward, organizational system, job autonomy, and cooperative occupational environment.
